MetaCraftTech Ltd ("King OS") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal data when you use our platform, website (kingos.net), social and messaging channels, booking services, payment services, and related services.

We may collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and contact details when you sign up or contact us.
• Usage Data: How you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, and session duration.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and operating system.
• Social and Communication Data: Where you interact with an account we operate, we may receive the display name, username or platform-scoped account identifier made available by the platform, together with comments, direct messages, replies, conversation metadata, media or post identifiers, timestamps, and delivery or interaction status.
• Contact and Journey Data: We may link an interaction to a King OS contact or lead record and store source attribution, qualification answers, service interests, journey status, opt-out status, approved follow-up state, and an audit receipt. We do not use a Manychat contact ID, flow ID, or another provider identifier as the primary King OS customer identity.
• Content and Analytics Data: Account and media performance made available by a connected platform, such as reach, impressions, views, engagement, comments, saves, shares, clicks, audience totals, and organic or paid attribution where available.
• Booking Data: If you arrange a meeting, we may receive your name, email address, selected time, timezone, answers supplied during booking, booking identifier, and cancellation or rescheduling status.
• Payment and Fulfilment Data: If you purchase a service or product, we may receive payment status, amount, currency, transaction or order identifier, product or entitlement information, and fulfilment status. Stripe, Gumroad, or another approved payment provider processes payment-card details; King OS does not store full card details.

• To respond to an interaction you initiated and provide requested information, support, content, products, bookings, or services
• To resolve a contact across authorised channels, qualify a request, maintain conversation or journey state, and route an interaction to the appropriate automated or human response
• To publish and manage content, moderate our accounts, measure content performance, prevent duplicate actions, and improve our services
• To administer bookings, payments, fulfilment, cancellations, refunds, and related records where applicable
• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect the security of our platform and users

We process your data under one or more of the following lawful bases:

• Consent: Where you have given explicit consent.
• Contract: Where processing is necessary to fulfil a contract with you.
• Legitimate Interest: Where processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests, provided these do not override your rights.
• Legal Obligation: Where we are required by law.

We do not sell your personal data. We disclose data only where needed to provide, secure, measure, or support the relevant service. Depending on what you use and what is enabled at the time, providers may include:

• Social and messaging: Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), Manychat, and enabled King OS operator channels such as Slack and Telegram.
• Booking: Calendly.
• Payment and fulfilment: Stripe and Gumroad.
• Infrastructure and AI: hosting, security, analytics, and AI providers used to operate King OS. We minimise the data sent and apply access controls appropriate to the task.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Connected platforms process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Their APIs and policies limit what King OS can receive, retain, publish, or send. Removing an app connection or deleting King OS records does not necessarily delete information independently retained by the platform.

King OS may use rules-based and AI-assisted systems to classify and summarise interactions, resolve duplicates, analyse content performance, route a request, record qualification or journey state, and prepare or send an approved response where the channel and messaging window permit it. We use human oversight for ambiguous, sensitive, exceptional, or escalated cases and for actions that require approval. We do not use this processing to make legal or similarly significant decisions about a person.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the interaction, customer journey, service, security, audit, dispute, or legal purpose for which it was collected. Conversation, contact, qualification, analytics, booking, fulfilment, and automation receipts are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Financial transaction records may be retained where law requires it. Platform copies remain subject to the relevant platform's retention and deletion controls.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data

• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict processing
• Data portability
• Object to processing
• Withdraw consent at any time

Our website uses essential cookies to ensure functionality. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Analytics, if used, are privacy-respecting and do not track individual users.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews.

Our services are not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
