Data Deletion Request

If you want us to delete your personal data, you can request this by:

1. Email us at king@metacrafttech.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include enough information to locate your record, such as the email address, social-platform name and username, booking reference, or order reference associated with your interaction. Do not send a password, access token, full payment-card number, or other authentication secret.
3. Specify whether you want full deletion from King OS systems or removal of particular data, accounts, conversations, bookings, or journey records.
4. We may ask for proportionate identity verification before deleting or disclosing personal data.

Upon a verified deletion request, we will remove:

• King OS contact, lead, qualification, journey, preference, and opt-out records linked to you
• Comments, direct messages, conversation summaries or metadata, platform-scoped profile identifiers, media references, and communication history copied into King OS systems
• Person-linked content-performance, attribution, booking, delivery, fulfilment, and automation-receipt data where it is no longer required
• AI-assisted classifications, summaries, routing decisions, and draft-response records linked to your interaction
• Other personal data held by MetaCraftTech Ltd that falls within the verified request

We may need to retain certain data where required by law, including:

• Financial transaction, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or fulfilment records where retention is required or permitted by law
• Data needed to resolve disputes or enforce agreements
• Anonymised or aggregated data that cannot identify you

We will normally respond within 30 days of receiving a valid request. We will confirm the action taken or explain any lawful reason that prevents or delays deletion.

Where you interacted through an enabled provider, King OS may hold a limited copy of information made available through Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), Manychat, Slack, Telegram, Calendly, Stripe, or Gumroad. A verified request can cover the King OS copy and the related King OS contact or customer-journey record.

• Meta / Facebook / Instagram: You may remove King OS in the relevant Apps and Websites or connected-app settings. You may also ask us to delete the King OS copy of comments, messages, identifiers, contact links, summaries, and journey records that we hold.
• TikTok, YouTube and X: Use the platform's controls for the original platform content or account data and contact us for a King OS copy linked to your interaction.
• Manychat: A request may include Manychat-supplied conversation or contact references held by King OS. Manychat identifiers are not the primary King OS customer identity.
• Slack and Telegram: A request may include a message or platform identifier copied into King OS through an enabled operator or support channel.
• Calendly: A request may include booking details held by King OS. Use Calendly's controls for data held independently by Calendly.
• Stripe and Gumroad: A request may include King OS order, entitlement, payment-status, or fulfilment records. Payment providers control payment data they hold independently, and some transaction records may need to be retained by law.

Removing a connection or deleting King OS records does not automatically delete the original comment, message, post, booking, transaction, or account information retained by another provider. Each provider applies its own privacy, retention, deletion, and platform-policy rules.

Deletion requests are not completed solely by an automated classifier. King OS may use automation to locate candidate records, prevent duplicate processing, and prepare an audit receipt, but ambiguous, sensitive, exceptional, or disputed requests are escalated for human review.
